JAKARTA, jurnaljateng.id, Masa Pandemi tingkat kejahatan semakin meningkat, Komplotan curanmor yang melibatkan satu keluarga berjumlah 7 orang di tangkap Subdit Resmob Unit 3 Ditreskrimum Polda Metro Jaya.
Sasaran yang sering manjadi tempat melancarkan aksi pelaku adalah Perumahan Gading Serpong Kota, Tangerang Selatan Banten dan Wisma Pakuan Bogor.
Kabid Humas Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Pol Yusri Yunus mengungkapkan, penangkapan yang dilakukan pihaknya berawal dari tim meringkus dua pelaku berinisial MN dan AW. Modus yang dilakukan pelaku adalah pura-pura hendak membeli motor. Menurut Pengakuan tersangka, perbuatannya sudah dilakukan sejak sebulan hingga akhirnya di tangkap Polisi.
Target ranmor para tersangka ketika melakukan aksinya mencari lingkungan yang sekitarnya dalam keadaan sepi,
“Pengakuannya sudah 9 motor yang dicuri, tapi ini terus dikembangkan,” kata Yusri di Polda Metro Jaya, Jakarta Selatan, Rabu (9/9/2020).
Setelah dilakukan pendalaman kepada para tersangka, kata Yusri, dua pelaku ini menjual barang hasil curiannya kepada penadah dengan inisial S, L, AR, AL, dan D yang tak lain kelima orang tersebut adalah keluarganya sendiri.
Pengakuan kedua tersangka tersebut adalah suruhan dari kelima penadah untuk melakukan pencurian, bahkan ada yang menyediakan peralatanya untuk memperlancar aksinya.
“Dua pelaku disuruh mencari motor curian, ada yang menyediakan alat pemetik,” ungkap Yusri.
Atas perbuatan yang dilakukan para tersangka, dua pelaku yang melakukan pencurian di kenakan Pasal 363 KUHP dengan ancaman 7 tahun penjara. Sedangkan kelima pelaku sebagai penadah dikenakan Pasal 481 KUHP dengan ancaman hukuman penjara selama 7 tahun.
