Moeldoko Maju Pilpres 2024, Ini kata Sekjend Partai Demokrat KLB Sumut
JURNALJATENG.ID, JAKARTA – Kongres Luar Biasa (KLB) Partai Demokrat yang di selenggarakan di Deli Serdang Sumatara Utara terus menuai polemik yang berkepanjangan dan semakin membesar.
Sekretaris Jenderal partai demokrat versi KLB Deli Serdang Sumatra Utara, Jhoni Allen Marbun, mengatakan, belum ada keputusan yang menyatakan rencana partainya untuk mencalonkan Moeldoko sebagai calon presiden 2024 mendatang. Temasuk sikap posisi partainya saat ini di pemerintah. Kamis (11/3/2021) di Kediaman Moeldoko, Jalan Terus Lembang, Menteng, Jakarta Pusat,
Bahkan Jhoni memberikan perumpaan perjalanan ke Bandung harus melalui Bogor dulu.
“Kita masih ke Bogor dulu. Belum ngomongin Bandung. Masih di Bogor,” kata Jhoni saat jumpa pers di kediaman Moeldoko
Lebih jauh, Kabar keinginan Moeldoko untuk mencalonkan diri sebagai presiden di pemilihan presiden (Pilpres) 2024 yang akan datang, Ia memberikan tanggapan yang berbeda. Jhoni mengaku bahwa dirinya tidak berhak berkomentar.
Lanjut Jhoni, persoalan tentang pencalonan Moeldoko untuk maju sebagai calon Presiden Republik Indonesia di Pilpres 2024 tersebut masih terlalu jauh untuk di bahas. Ia juga memberikan perumpamaan perjalanan kebandung harus melalui Bogor dulu.
“Kalau mau ke bandung harus lewat bogor. Ini belum selesai di bogor ya jangan asal baca bandung saja, karena ada supermannya,” Kata dia.
Untuk diketahui, pendiri dan beberapa senior serta DPD serta DPC Partai Demokrat menggelar KLB di Deli Serdang, Sumatra Utara. Dalam konggres mereka mendeklarasikan bahwa kepemimpinan Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) dinyatakan demisioner.
Setelah AHY dinyatakan demisioner, hasil KLB tersebut memilih dan kemudian menetapkan Moeldoko sebagai Ketua Umum Partai Demokrat periode 2021-2026.
Lebih lanjut, Dalam KLB tersebut, peserta yang hadir mengusulkan Kepala Staf Kepresidenan Moeldoko dan mantan Ketua DPR RI Marzuki Alie. Berdasarkan pemungutan suara cepat, Moeldoko lebih banyak mendapat dukungan daripada Marzuki.
Dengan peolehan suara yang lebih tinggi dari pemungutan suara cepat, diputuskan langsung, Moeldoko selaku Ketua Umum Partai Demokrat periode 2021-2026 sebagai hasil Muktamar Luar Biasa.
