Hujan Lebat, 38 Rumah Desa Manggungsari Terendam Banjir

“Banjir terjadi sejak hari jumat kemarin (5/02/2021). Kemarin hampir empat jam mulai jam 23.00 malam hujan merendam ratusan rumah setinggi 60 cm
Hari ini, banjir kembali datang akibat hujan sekitar dua jam dan merendam rumah warga airnya belum surut” kata Sekretaris Desa Manggungsari,karyanto saat dikonfirmasi wartawan, sabtu 6/2/2021
Menurut karyanto, akibat pembuang avor Manggungsari Tidak muat ditambah buangan air dari desa Tejorejo, sungai dari ngerjo lewat kali pare yang besar mengakibatkan pertigaan buangan dari arah timur balai desa Tidak bisa mengalir.
Selain itu,luapan buangan avor manggung dan kali pare mengalir ke Buangan traju yang mengakibatkan banjir di desa Manggungsari dusun traju yg berjumlah 39 rumah terendam air, Imbuhny Sekdes
“Kedepan pemerintah Desa Manggungsari berharap kepada Pemda melalui Dinas pengairan dan Dinas PUPR mengalokasikan anggaran normalisasi agar sungai avor manggung dan sungai ludud buangan air lancar tidak terjadi banjir lagi.harapnya
Sementara untuk Realis Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Kabupaten Kendal, melaporkan dan memberi peringatan dini cuaca ekstrim, berdasarkan data dari BMKG, yang terjadi antara 6-7 Februari 2021. Beberapa kejadian bencana yang terjadi sepanjang hari Sabtu (6/2/2021) diantaranya banjir, tanah longsor dan pohon tumbang.
Seluruh Wilayah Kabupaten Kendal terjadi hujan intensitas sedang hingga lebat disertai angin kencang bervariasi sejak 6 Februari 2021 pukul 02.00 WIB dini hari.
Pelaksana Harian Kepala BPBD Kendal, Sigit Sulistyo memaparkan, akibat meluapnya aliran sungai Waridin ikut hulu Bendung Kedung Pengilon DAS Blorong, tinggi muka air (TMA) Bendung Kedung Pengilon per pukul 09.40 WIB 110 cm, dengan Status AWAS.
“Kemudian, TMA Bendung Juwero DAS Bodri per pukul 09.10 WIB 130 cm, status AMAN. TMA Bendung Sojomerto DAS Blukar per pukul 10.05 WIB 120 cm, status SIAP. TMA Bendung Kd. Asem per pukul 10.11 WIB 220 cm, status SIAP dan TMA Pintu Air Bendung Trompo DAS Kendal per pukul 10.11 WIB buka 3 pintu TMA 600 cm dengan status AWAS,” paparnya.
Ditambahkan, hujan lokal di Sebagian besar wilayah pantura Kendal dan drainase saluran air yang tidak sempurna atau tersumbat sampah, menyebabkan banjir limpas di 11 Kecamatan.
Di Kecamatan Patebon, banjir terjadi di Desa Bangunsari, Kumpulrejo, Kebonharjo, Desa Lanji, Desa Pidodokulon, Pidodowetan dan Wonosari. Dengan rata-rata ketinggian genangan 50-90 cm
“Di Kecamatan Weleri, banjir terjadi di Desa Weleri, Manggungsari, Sidomukti, Desa Bumiayu, Naruban, Tratemulyo, Karanganom, Sumberagung dan Karangdowo, dengan ketinggian genangan 80cm-1m. Bahkan di Desa Karangdowo berdampak satu rumah roboh,” terang Sigit.
Di Kecamatan Ngampel, banjir terjadi di Desa Sudipayung, Ngampelkulon dan Banyuurip. Dengan rata-rata ketinggian genangan 15-60 cm. Sedangkan di Kecamatan Brangsong, banjir terjadi, di Desa Purwokerto, Sidorejo, Tosari, Brangsong, Rejosari, Turunrejo, Kebonadem, Kertomulyo dan Desa Penjalin. Dengan rata-rata ketinggian genangan 60-75 cm.
“Sementara di Kecamatan Rowosari, banjir terjadi di Desa Gempolsewu, Kebonsar Sendangdawuhan dan Desa Randusari. Dengan rata-rata ketinggian genangan 50-70cm. Bahkan di Desa Randusari, dampak satu korban meninggal dunia, diduga karena hanyut terkena banjir, ditemukan di saluran irigasi sawah,” jelas Sigit.
Sementara di Kecamatan Kaliwungu, banjir terjadi di Desa Sumberejo, Sarirejo, Wonorejo, Nolokerto, Kutoharjo, Krajankulon, Mororejo dan Desa Karangtengah. Rata-rata ketinggian genangan 30-60 cm. Sedangkan di Kecamatan Ringinarum, banjir terjadi di Desa Tejorejo dan Rowobbranten. Dengan rata-rata ketinggian genangan 20-35cm.
“Sedangkan di Kecamatan Pegandon, banjir menggenangi Desa Dawungsari, Puguh, Karangmulyo dan Desa Pesawahan. Dengan rata-rata ketinggian genangan 80-90 cm. Sedangkan di Kecamatan Cepiring, banjir menggenangi Desa Cepiring dan Desa Gondang, dengan rata-rata ketinggian genangan 15-50 cm,” ungkapnya.
Banjir selanjutnya, imbuh Sigit, juga terjadi di Kecamatan Gemuh, yang menggenangi Desa Pucangrejo dan Galih. Rata-rata ketinggian genangan 20-30 cm.
“Kecamatan terakhir yakni Kendal, yang merendam hampir seluruh kelurahan di Kecamatan Kendal. Yakni Kelurahan Ketapang, Patukangan, Langenharjo, Karangsari, Trompo, Candiroto, Kebondalem, Sijeruk, Pegulon, Banyutowo, Bugangin, Kalibuntu, Ngilir, Kalibuntuwetan, Pekauman, Bandengan, Jetis dan Kelurahan Jotang. Dengan rata-rata ketinggian genangan 60-70 cm,” imbuh Sigit.
Untuk itu, pihak BPBD Kab. Kendal melakukan assessment data melalui Pemerintah Desa dan monitoring lapangan. Selain itu, pihaknya juga melakukan evakuasi warga, yang terdampak banjir di Desa Karangmulyo Kecamatan Pegandon dan Desa Kebonadem Kecamatan Brangsong.
“Selain itu, kami laporkan, FRPB Kabupaten Kendal bersama Koramil Rowosari dan Polsek Rowosari melakukan evakuasi korban yang terseret arus di Desa Randusari Kecamatan Rowosari,” pungkasnya.
